Be sure to grab that. Then, go up the ramp and swing rightward to find the entrance to the base itself. You're going to be greeted with hostilities immediately upon entering the base, so be certain you have your arsenal at the ready as soon as you head in. The Eclipse Troopers you encounter here are a bunch of weaklings, so you shouldn't have too much difficulty dealing with them. However, the more powerful, heavily-armed and armored Eclipse Vanguards can be a bit more annoying to handle.
The good news is that, with the exception of the troopers and vanguards already posted in the room upon your entrance, the rest will storm out of the door directly ahead of you, up the small staircase. That means that, if you're aggressive and you have good aim, you can kill most of the enemies as they appear before they're ever able to return the favor.
You can deal with stragglers around the room as soon as no more enemies attempt to make an appearance through the aforementioned door.
Some of the downed enemies should have dropped ammunition if you need it, so scour for that as well once all is said and done. The next thing you're going to want to do is use the computer terminal ahead to figure out just what's going on around here. You have very limited intel about the situation here. All you know is that a Cerberus operative has been captured on this planet, and is being held by this group called Eclipse.
He has sensitive information and data, and it must be retained by Cerberus at all costs. By examining the computer terminal, you'll learn more about the captured agent, a human male named Agent Rawlings. By all accounts via the computer , you'll learn that any information retained by Agent Rawlings hasn't been divulged. Unfortunately, Agent Rawlings has since been killed by this group, though the encrypted data he had on him is still in their hands.
Making matters worse, they're attempting to crack it. Seems our job here isn't done. Be sure to hack the computer next to the security terminal to garner some credits before continuing. As soon as you back out of the computer terminal's interface, you're going to be attacked from enemies on your left if your back is facing the way you initially entered this base. These guys are a bit tougher than the enemies you initially dealt with -- some of them have two barrier shields before you get to whittle down their health.

However, when I travel to the Fathar System, there's no planet named Lorek, and I traced my steps back to the original starting point of the same location as both Omega 4 and Mass Relays, and I just can't seem to figure out where the hell this planet is.
Is there anybody who can provide more clarification as to the location of this planet? If you haven't, then you probably just somehow missed Lorek. Otherwise, I can't give you any help. I have no knowledge of the specific quest in question.
It's in the assignment category of your journal. I just read that I need to scan unknown planets for Lorek. I did not know this.
